By purchasing a ticket for or attending a Great Joy Circus performance, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Live Performance Disclaimer
The Great Joy Circus is a live production. Performers, acts, show order, running time, schedules, and production elements may change without notice due to operational, safety, artistic, or other circumstances.
Changes to the performers, acts, cast, show order, or production do not qualify for a refund unless otherwise required by law.
2. Authorized Ticket Sales
Official Great Joy Circus tickets may be purchased only through:
-
Big Top Tickets, our authorized online ticketing provider
-
The official Great Joy Circus website
-
The venue box office or an authorized Great Joy Circus representative
Tickets purchased through Big Top Tickets are also subject to the policies presented during checkout, including applicable service fees and payment-processing terms.
We are not responsible for tickets purchased from unauthorized sellers. Tickets obtained fraudulently, duplicated, altered, or purchased from an unauthorized reseller may be canceled without refund and refused at the entrance.
3. Ticket Use and Admission
A ticket provides the holder with a revocable license to attend the performance listed on the ticket.
-
Each ticket or QR code may be scanned only once.
-
Altered, duplicated, or previously scanned tickets will not be accepted.
-
Guests must attend the date and performance selected during checkout.
-
Family passes may be issued under one QR code. When this occurs, everyone included in the pass must enter together.
-
Guests may be asked to provide the purchaser’s name, order confirmation, or identification to verify an order.
-
Children must remain accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult.
-
Venue and safety rules must be followed at all times.
The Great Joy Circus reserves the right to deny entry or remove any person engaging in unsafe, disruptive, threatening, or inappropriate behavior. Guests removed for violating event or venue rules will not receive a refund.
4. Early Bird and Promotional Tickets
Early Bird Tickets priced at $14.95 are limited to the first 100 qualifying online tickets available for the applicable engagement. Availability is not guaranteed and the promotion ends once the allotted tickets are sold.
Promotional prices apply only while supplies last and may be subject to applicable taxes or service fees shown during checkout. Promotional, discounted, and complimentary tickets have no cash value and may not be resold.
5. Free Kid Ticket Promotion
Each valid Free Kid Ticket admits one child between the ages of 3 and 12 when accompanied by one paying adult attending the same performance.
-
Limit one Free Kid Ticket per paying adult.
-
The child and paying adult must enter together.
-
Additional children require a regular child ticket.
-
Proof of age may be requested.
-
Free Kid Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash or resold.
-
The Free Kid Ticket may be used with a qualifying Early Bird adult ticket while promotional tickets remain available.
Any additional restrictions printed on the promotional ticket or displayed during checkout also apply.
6. Refund and Cancellation Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded because of personal schedule changes, illness, transportation problems, weather concerns, or failure to attend.
Changes to performers, individual acts, cast members, show order, or running time do not qualify for refunds.
If The Great Joy Circus cancels a performance before it begins and does not reschedule it, the ticket price will be refunded to the original payment method through Big Top Tickets. Once issued, bank processing may take approximately 5 to 7 business days, depending on the financial institution.
If a performance is rescheduled, existing tickets will normally remain valid for the replacement date. Any additional options will be communicated through the contact information provided with the order.
If a performance must end early, ticket holders may be offered admission to another performance or another remedy announced by management, subject to applicable law and the circumstances of the cancellation.
7. Weather and Circumstances Beyond Our Control
Performances may continue during rain or other ordinary weather conditions. Guests should check official Great Joy Circus channels for updates before traveling to the venue.
